Low Carb Cheesy Biscuits
Here's a look back at a recipe I did almost four years ago. The video may be dated, but this recipe never disappoints. When I decided to make a blog entry for this video, I noticed I didn't have a My Fitness Pal (MFP) entry for it. After adding it into the recipe builder, I noticed the macros are marginally different than what I have in the video. This is likely due to a different brand of ingredient used 4 years ago versus what I added to the MFP recipe builder. I added this recipe to my YouTube channel shortly after I made the move from WV to Boston. The kitchen you're seeing is from my first apartment in Boston. Ingredients 4 tbsp, Butter - Salted & Room Temperature 112 grams (1 Cup), 4 Cheese Mexican Cheese 135.62 grams (1 cup + 2 tbsp), Almond Flour 1 teaspoon, Baking Powder 1/4 teaspoon, Salt 4 egg, Brown, Large Directions Preheat your oven to 400 degrees fahrenheit. Combine the almond flour, baking powder, salt, and cheese into a bowl. Mix to break up any clumps from the almond flour. Take the room temperature butter and cut it into four sections. Mix into dry ingredients. In a separate bowl whisk your eggs. Add whisked eggs to the bowl containing your other ingredients and mix together. Divide the batter into 12 equal parts and place on a greased pan, or parchment paper. Tip: you could also use a muffin pan. Bake for 10 minutes at 400 degrees or until golden brown. Serve warm. These biscuits are easy to make and super delicious. Best of all you can always reheat them and enjoy them later. Enjoy! #recipe #ketoshow #lowcarb #sidedish #video #breads
